I know we have a lot of carousel pictures, but its our favorite thing to do!

Okay I do not let my kids drink soda... very often;) Especially not caffeine. But she was really sad and we thought this might cheer her up:)

I took this before we went to church this morning.



Well, we've had a wonderful little day today! We went to church, like always. Lily was very excited to go to nursery all morning and then when we got there she was shy for the first time ever! But she didn't put up a fuss about going in and it turned out to be just like any other Sunday. Lily loves nursery and she LOVES her teachers!
Some of our friends at church gave us a bunch of zucchini so we had Zucchini Alfredo for dinner and then I made Zucchini Bread. YUMMY!
Tomorrow we leave for Pennsylvania for our Howe family reunion. We are SOO excited! Our flight leaves Salt Lake at 11:45 tomorrow night and we have a four hour layover in Georgia before taking off for New York. Yikes. Not so excited about that part. But we're going to have a fun week and we can't wait!

A Day With the Girls

Michael worked all day yesterday and all day today so the girls and I have been completely alone until about 7:30pm. Its hard to have him gone so long, but we still have a good time:)
For dinner we had some yummy spaghetti. The girls liked it a lot. Especially the garlic bread!

Just Some Pictures

Its been such a LONG time since I out anything up! We've had a crazy, crazy few weeks! We had my family here and then Michael's family and I don't think I took one picture! Woops! Anyway, Kaylee was super sick the whole time Michael's family was here and then as soon as she was better Lily got sick! These poor girls have really been through it! They both broke out in fever blisters and it was the saddest thing ever! But they are both fine now, in fact we are going to play at the splash park in just a little bit. Anyway here are all the pictures I have of the last month!

Craziness...

I know I haven't posted in forEVER but we've been so busy! My family was here all last week and I didn't do anything! I didn't even get pictures! So I have to wait for Geri to email me some from my mom's camera. We had a really fun week though. We went to the splash park a few times and Lily swam every day at the hotel pool. She LOVES the water, she jumps right in and doggie paddles and spins around in the water. She is totally care-free, which is a little scary because she got in the pool withOUT floaties one time and sank straight down. I was right next to her though, so I pulled her up and I don't think she even knew what happened. But we DID have a talk about only getting in the pool with arm floaties. Anyway, we also had a few picnics and the park and just played all week! They left on Saturday and took Geri with them. I don't know what I'll do with out her for the next 6 weeks!
Anyway, Michael's mom and sisters will be here all this week. Then in two weeks we go to New York for our Howe family reunion! We can't wait!
Oh, and I have to tell you that in my family we all have nick names. Weird, I know but I love it. Anyway, right now Lily is pulling on my arm and saying "Kiki, I want chocolate milk" I guess with all my family here she forgot that my name is Mommy! Okay, I'm off to get some chocolate milk:)

Kaylee Says No

Kaylee started shaking her head "no" a few days ago. Its the cutest! Lily thinks it is sooooo funny too!

We had such a great day yesterday! We watched the parade in the morning and looked at the booths in the park. Then we rode the carousel and played at the splash park. Lily has been going down the slide all by herself every time! We had some yummy Philippine food and then we went home and took the longest nap EVER! Then we went to the rodeo and watched the fireworks from the fairgrounds. Afterwards we found a firework stand and bought $5 worth of fireworks. We lit them in the street by our apartment complex. It was so much fun!
